All of us want to be successful as swingers. It doesn't matter how often, with whom, where, or in what style we swing. 1. BE COURTEOUS - Be aware that this is a lifestyle full of insecurities, uncertainties and fears. Courteously is how we all want to be treated - with kindness, thoughtfulness, understanding and sensitivity. In essence, courtesy is our treating people the way we ourselves want to be treated. Remember the Golden and Silver rules.

2. BE FRIENDLY - Whether or not you are personally interested in swinging with someone, be polite. You never know, you may share many other interests or
you may meet that person again, and they may introduce you to someone with whom you ARE compatible and do wish to share time.

3. RESPOND TO ALL INVITATIONS - RSVP means please reply to the invitation. It does NOT mean reply only if you plan to attend. The most frustrating part of hosting, be it a party, a group or another couple, is people who are discourteous enough not to respond, PERIOD. Good etiquette and good social courtesy DEMAND you respond, by either calling or writing to say yes OR no.

4. NEVER ARRIVE EMPTY HANDED - When you go to someone's home for a party, ask if there is something you can bring. (it's amazing how many supplies, other than food are used up at an average party.) If you are not going as a couple, a bottle or chasers would be great!

5. GO PREPARED - Take whatever you personally are going to need with you. Carry a small overnight bag for lingerie or robe, hairbrush, comb, toothbrush, cologne, intimate cleansing articles, condoms, etc. If you plan to stay over, sleeping bags or blankets and pillows are necessities.

6. CLEANLINESS - Need I say more???

7. RESPECT OTHERS' FEELINGS - Beware, not everyone is comfortable in all situations, Keep your eyes open for signs that your partner, as well as others, is relaxed and enjoying themselves. If someone is not comfortable, try helping them over the rough spots. Remember, you were a beginner once yourself. If it is obvious that things are not working out, remain polite and courteous; but alert the host. Keep in mind that not all people feel the same about things.

8. DON'T BE PUSHY - If you are interested in swinging with someone, let them know in an inviting way; if they are interested, they will respond positively. If they are not and say "No, thank you," do not ask WHY. No amount of sweet talk or coercion on your part will change their mind and will probably work against you. Everyone has the right to say "NO" at all times, to anyone, without explanation. Do not ever forget that.

9. ONLY DO WHAT IS FUN FOR YOU - Do not allow yourself to become sexually involved with anybody that you are not interested in. There is no reason to involve yourself in a scene that you are not comfortable with. You are in the lifestyle to enjoy yourself, so only do what you want, when you want and with whom you want.

10. HOW AND WHY TO SAY NO - One of the basic etiquette's in swinging is the right of anyone to say "No". Experience has taught most people that everybody is not right for everybody else. Improper handling of a situation, however, can lead to a lot of hurt or very bad feelings. The swing world accepts the premise that everyone has the right to say "No" to anyone at anytime and it should be done with a simple "No, thank you". Never give an explanation, because that is what usually causes the problems and the pain.

11. ALCOHOL OR DRUGS - Most of us do not use drugs, although some of us drink socially. At times, a few drinks are nice to help you "relax". Over-indulging may hamper your physical abilities, as well as offend or turn other people off to you. If you have to over indulge in order to participate in swinging, you are involved in the wrong lifestyle.

12. PRACTICE SAFE - It is up to us to protect ourselves as well as our partners. The use of protection should not offend anybody. Anyone not willing to take this precaution is acting selfishly and irresponsibly.Unless you are apart of a couple, at no other time will this be accepted. You will be escorted out and banned from future events.

13. ENJOY YOURSELF - Most important, have a good time, act out your fantasies, explore your own sexuality and enjoy everything this lifestyle has to offer with enthusiasm, laughter and a positive attitude.

1. Anyone found to be in possession of a firearm or other dangerous weapon will be asked to leave promptly.

2. Harassment, stalking, and otherwise socially disturbing behavior will not be tolerated at any events. Members or their guests who are observed or described on more than one occasion having acted or who are acting in an inappropriate manner will be asked to leave promptly.

3. Slandering other members on site or offsite is grounds for permanent removal from PAE provided that multiple instances are accurately described in email form to the organizer.

4. Drugs, illegal narcotics, and other illegal items will not be tolerated. Observed offenders will be promptly asked to leave and repeat offenders will be removed from PAE

5. Any member or guest of a member who is observed having consumed unsafe amounts of alcohol will be heavily encouraged to leave an event, will be escorted home, or a cab will be called on their behalf and cost.

6. Any member who consistently RSVPs to an event and fails to show up consistently, will be removed from the group after their 3rd failure to attend. They will be allowed to return to the group after a period of time judged by the organizer. Equally, members who are inactive past 5 months will be removed.

7. Advertising on the message board or at an event will not be tolerated and repeat offenders will be removed from the site.

subject. Others are completely lacking any kind of information. They don't even
know how to get started. Some are disillusioned or frustrated as a result of
repeated faked orgasms.

After all this time, I've decided it is time to educate more people about
female orgasms.

Now, before you can begin learning anything new about any subject, you must
usually un-learn some of what you've been taught in the past.

When that subject is female orgasms, that fact is even more true.

For a long time, female orgasms have been misunderstood by both men and women
and that has brought us to a point where a sizable portion of sexually active
women have never had an orgasm and even more have never had an orgasm with
their partner.

Both groups and their sexual partners are missing out on a wonderful
experience, but before you can begin learning the techniques which will
generate that elusive orgasm you must first confront some of the most common
myths in our culture about female orgasms.

These 5 myths are literally ruining the sex life of THOUSANDS of couples.

After you understand that these are JUST myths (and nothing else) you will
finally know that it is possible to please a woman with multiple orgasms every
time.

With that said, let´s get started...

Myth 1: Some women just can't have orgasms.

While there are women who have never had an orgasm, there is no evidence to
suggest some women are incapable of having orgasms. There are two reasons why
some women have not had orgasms in their lives.

The first is that for whatever reason they have never masturbated. Masturbation
is often a woman's first orgasm experience.

The second is that they simply are not receiving the proper type of genital
stimulation. Clitoral stimulation is needed by most women to have an orgasm.
Without that stimulation, it most likely isn't going to happen.

There are some women who have psychological blocks when it comes to
experiencing sexual pleasure. This may be the result of any number of past
events in their lives, but even that does not mean they are physically
incapable of having an orgasm. If they worked through those problems, they

Myth 2: Women take longer to reach orgasm than men.

This is another common myth which has not been supported by research. The
reason people believe this is that they don't understand the female arousal
pattern.

Women's arousal patterns are much different than men's and, as a result, they
are physically prepared for intercourse later than men are.

The time from optimal arousal to orgasm is pretty much identical for both men
and women. The difference is in how long it takes to reach that level of
arousal. Because men often don't know how to help their partners get to that
point, it does seem to take longer.

Once that's changed, however, men find their partners reach orgasm more quickly
and even have multiple orgasms in quick succession.

Myth 3: A Woman can reach orgasm more easily if her partner has a large
penis.

Men who have worried for eons about the size of their penis can relax.

The truth is that size really doesn't matter all that much. Since only the
first two inches of a woman's vagina are sensitive to stimulation, anything
over that amount is useless during intercourse, at least from the woman's
physical perspective.

In fact, when men are overly concerned with the size of their penis and whether
it's sufficient, their minds aren't focused on pleasuring their partner and
that is no way to experience female orgasm.

A survey done by the Kinsey Institute found that the average size of an erect
penis measured from the tip to where it connects with the rest of the body is
6.16 inches in length. The girth of an erect penis is 4.84 inches on
average.

Both of these statistics are come as a surprise to men and to women who have
been convinced by our culture (and possibly pornographic movies and magazines)
that the average size of an erect penis is eight or nine inches. That same
Kinsey study actually found that less than 2% of men have penises which meet
that requirement.

Remember whether a man's penis size is below, above, or just average, he still
has the ability to help his partner reach orgasm and that is far more worthy of
praise than a few extra inches of penis.

A good friend of mine who shall remain nameless, said that she was giving up on men
all together in Atlanta, obviously because too many brothers in the A are not reaching
to the level of "man" she would like to take home to mama. She's a 30 year old gorgeous
executive, no kids, owns a home, good job, sophisticated, exercizes daily and listens
mostly to jazz and reggae, and like's to go out to more than the movies and applebees.
As she put's it, she has very little in common with a lot of the brothers she meets. She
says it's rare to meet a good man who she feels matches her flava and too many men in
ATL are out looking for one thing, sex.

All the good ones are taken-
So what's a girl to do? The well has been left dry and and all the "good" ones have been
snatched up. So many sistahs are left with, well, what's left! The dude who just got out of
jail trying to get his life together; the grown nicca still acting and dressing like he's 15 and
living with mama, aunti, uncle; the smoker who smokes all day all night, but can't take you
out to dinner; the questionable nicca looks like he hiding something, a wife- girlfriend - or on
the down low, or worse STD; the thug, sells drugs, needs to get bailed out once a week, no
job, and no car; the bachelor, mind blowing sex, but no real plans that involve YOU, and of
course the lame nicca can't dress, got no sex appeal, and acts like a dork. Take ya pick.

The Good man
I've heard my lady friends kick that "all men are dogs" mumbo jumbo since high school. And
in some ways they are right. But there are good men out there. And yes many of them are
snatched up; some are happily snatched up and others are just on lock down. It's understandable
that in a society where good women out number good men disproportionately, that cat fights are
bound to happen. Divorce, love triangles, cheaters, liars, deciet, haters, jealousy, etc., much of
this is a result of a lack of good, availble men. Women are even fighting to keep the bad men.

As black men increasingly loose the battle against the system, many are left confused by the
time they reach their thirties. And of course the good brothers who managed to beat the system
become a hot commodity. He's educated, he's ambitious, he's respectful, he has a career, he
own's things, and has plans for his future, and more than likely somebody's either got him on lock
or trying to get him locked down.

Two for one
With that in mind, being one of the "good" ones. At least I think so and I haven't had any complaints
yet. I did some deep soul searching to write this. Is it possible that the answer to this problem of not
having enough "good" black men be for sistahs to share a man. Yep i said it share a man. One man
two ladies (three if ya'll can handle it). I know what ya'll thinking, everyman's fantasy. Well from some
of the ladies that I've spoken too, it doesn't sound like a bad deal. As a matter of fact it's ideal for
everyone who can agree to it.

What's the plus side
First off, shake loose all that moral BS and the taboo thinking and broaden your perspective.

With drugs, crime, disease, unemployment economic stress, and countless other demons
plaguing our communties. It's crazy to see so many sistahs raising children alone, single,
and not by choice but by circumstance, men often in need of "more" from their relationships,
couples struggling to stay together. It's easy to say that men need to get their acts together
and women need to keep looking "he's out there". And there is some truth to that, but I propose
the Two for One concept for those of you who are open minded, financially stable, sexually free,
and want to spice things up in your relationships.

I recall when I was younger, i would do things that probably were not the brightest of things to do or could cause me some type of harm in the future. We have all done silly things as kids cause we knew no better. Even as a young adult I did things while throwing caution to the wind. I don't know how many times I would take a road trip and would make it a point to see how quick I could get from point A to B. Police???? Who cares??? LOL! Have you ever been in public with your spouse, significant or BFF and they aroused you to the point where you had to have them no matter what???!! For example: Depending on how extreme the argument or discussion is sit your partner down, get some some warm oil and massage their feet..rub their shoulders..then BAM! Coming up I basically lived in the bowling alley and I swore never to step foot in another bowling alley for the rest of my life. In the "honeymoon" stage everything from his morning breath, the way he snores or his favorite t-shirt thrown on the couch seems cute..{to some women}. This depends on you. Mentally and physically. Well get over it and continue to were those "vogue bra's" and those extra tight undies that take your breath away when you bend over to hold everything in place. That's the life as a woman. By 1988, talks had intensified on building a new stadium, and in 1989 approval came from the state, the Atlanta City Council, and Fulton County Commission to build a dome stadium. Ground breaking ceremonies took place on November 22, 1989.
The Georgia Dome was completed in time for the start of the 1992 NFL season.
The Falcons played their first game at the Georgia Dome on September 6, 1992. Over 70,000 fans filled the Georgia Dome to see the Falcons play. Three tiers of teal seats circle the entire gridiron. The roof is made up of Teflon and fiberglass. Every seat from the lower deck to the upper deck has a great view of the field. The Georgia Dome has many amenities including several food courts, the In-Zone Restaurant, Kickers Sports Bar, Millers Lodge, over 5,000 club seats, and over 200 luxury suites. After the 2002 season, the surface of the Georgia Dome was changed from Astroturf to Fieldturf. The Georgia Dome has hosted Super Bowls XXXIV and XXVIII. It also hosts collegiate bowl games, was the home of the Atlanta Hawks (NBA, 1998-’99), hosted several Olympic events in 1996, and is scheduled to host the NCAA final four in 2007.

Once home to a steel mill, Atlantic Station now courts serious shoppers. Ikea was the original magnet for city dwellers, but chains like Dillard's, West Elm, Banana Republic and DSW are additional draws. Regal Cinema and restaurants like Fox Sports Grill make this a one-stop destination.

This destination rocks! Somewhat a little like Disney World, but a beautiful diamond in the rough. Very clean, well-lit, and something new is opening all the time. Some very good restaurant/bars-The Grape, Rosa Mexicano,Lobby At Twelve, and Dolce.. Dillard's is a god send for us people who live in-town, since the Downtown Rich's and Macy's closed a few years back. Home accessories-check out Z-Gallerie and West Elm. If you can afford a condo here, lucky you. Underground covered parking a plus, two free hours, and just a great place to walk around on the weekends, especially with the free concerts in the Central Park area. Oh did I mention the wonderful Regal-16 movie theater, don't have to drive all the way to Phipp's and that terrible Buckhead traffic. Again, the place rocks, and the Swedish Ikea store does also.

Stone Mountain Park & History

Stone Mountain sits on the western edge of a large belt of Lithonia Gneiss granite although the younger intrusive granite that comprises the mountain is entirely different from Lithonia granite. Rising to a height of 1,683 feet above sea level (roughly 650-750 feet above the surrounding Georgia Piedmont, depending on where it is measured), it is visible from Kennesaw Mountain to the west, Amicalola Falls State Park to the north and Mount Yonah to the northeast.

Technically known as a pluton, the mountain was formed during the complex folding and faulting that created the Blue Ridge Mountains, although Stone Mountain is not part of that range. The magma that created Stone Mountain was formed deep inside the earth, then forced its way out of the earth's molten center. Before the molten rock hit the air it stopped, initially forming the west side of the "pluton." Successive attempts at eruption (breaking through to the surface of the earth) also failed, but added to the size of the dome from west to east. Once the pluton was formed it began to cool. This occurred during the Alleghenian Orogeny, a massive collision of tectonic plates perhaps 350 million years ago.

Stone Mountain Park

Stone Mountain Park, which surrounds the Confederate memorial, is owned by the state of Georgia and managed by the Stone Mountain Memorial Association, a Georgia state authority. The Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation currently has a long-term contract to operate the park and its attractions.

During the 1996 Summer Olympics, Stone Mountain Park provided venues for Olympic events in archery, tennis, and cycling. The 8,200-seat tennis stadium was a permanent venue, and the venues for archery and cycling were temporary.

The Confederate Hall, operated directly by the Stone Mountain Memorial Association or SMMA, is a museum that educates park guests and local students on the geology and ecology of Stone Mountain, together with the history of the war in Georgia.

There are several hiking trails including a 1.3 mile trail from Confederate Hall to the top of Stone Mountain and a 6 mile trail around the mountain. The park also offers camping,fishing,picnic sites and golfing.

Other attractions are operated by the commercial operators, and include:

The Skyride, a Swiss built cable-car to the summit of the mountain, passes by the carving on the way up.
The Scenic Railroad, a standard gauge railroad that circles the entire circumference of the mountain in a loop, provides views of the mountain en route. For years the railroad utilized three authentic steam locomotives to pull trains and a diesel-powered trolley nicknamed The Dinkey. However in the mid-1980s the steam locomotives and the trolley were retired in favor of diesel locomotives, because of maintenance costs.
The Riverboat offers a scenic cruise aboard a reproduction Mississippi riverboat on 363-acre (147 ha) Stone Mountain Lake.
The Antebellum Plantation and Farmyard is composed of original buildings, built between 1790 and 1845, which have been re-erected here to represent a pre-Civil War Georgia plantation.
A 732-bell carillon that originated at the 1964 New York World's Fair, provides a daily concert.
A covered bridge, dating from 1892, which originally spanned the Oconee River in Athens, Georgia.
A grist mill, dating from 1869 and moved to the park in 1965.
"Crossroads", a recreation of an 1872 southern town including a modern 4-D movie theater which currently features an exploration of the history of some folk stories.

Robert W. Woodruff (1889-1985) -- Woodruff was the Coca-Cola Company president, a philanthropist, and a leading Atlanta citizen for over half a century. He put Coca-Cola on the map worldwide; promoted civil rights; and gave over $400 million to Atlanta educational, artistic, civil, and medical projects, such as Emory University, the Woodruff Arts Center, and the High Museum.

Toward the end of his long life, Woodruff once commented on his project in south Georgia to eliminate the impact of malaria on farmers around his plantation, Ichauway. He did this, he said, not out of strictly humanitarian considerations but for more practical, even economic ends.
Woodruff became involved with Emory by funding his malaria project through the School of Medicine. That relationship began in 1929 and was followed in the next decade by the founding of the Winship Cancer Center, named for Woodruff’s maternal grandfather. In the years since, that seedling has flourished, and Woodruff’s many contributions to Emory have included scores of individual transactions much too long to list.

In 1966, thanks largely to Woodruff, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control opened on Clifton Road, next to Emory. The presence of the CDC was one reason why the American Cancer Society moved its headquarters to Atlanta and set up shop across the street. The CDC also made it possible for Emory, in 1990, to launch its first new school in fifty years, the Rollins School of Public Health.

Ms.Divine's Thoughts;

Before attending the Georgia Aquarium, I had a my own vision of what the experience was going to be. From what I had seen on the commercials I thought I would be walking into a large bubble. I have been a lover of fish for years and admire their beauty.

Purchasing the tickets; the amount was $150.00 for the Premium Pass for six people and it was a HOT Memorial Day weekend.

The customer service was great upon entering, I checked in and my scheduled time was for 2 o'clock. The young man at explained that I would have to come back and thirty-minutes. I proceeded to leave then was stopped by the Aquarium personnel to come back. The young man apologized and and brought me and my party back through.

We took our (free)picture that we never received via email and proceeded in. As we walked into the courtyard we just admired the view of the mass of people in swarms in every direction. First stop Ocean Voyager. This where you visit the Whale Sharks, Sting Rays and thousands of other sea creatures.

Well, when you first enter you have viewing windows. Inch by inch you step to get somewhere close to this window. People were packed with camera's and children with pressed faces against the glass. You practically had to elbow your way in because no one was being courteous that their were others waiting. People literally were trying to film five-minutes worth of water in "hope" to see something marvelous. Not to mention a few kids i saw that thought they were laying down in the viewing window as if they were at the beach. Very unfair, my children only got to see people's "butt's". I am only 5'2 and it wasn't much I could do. Very frustrating.

So we move on to the second viewing window after about another ten minutes of just "Excuse me please" and we make our way to the tunnel (star attraction). As soon as I get a foot in everyone, including myself is snapping pictures and elbowing each other trying to get a professional shot. When I finally get some breathing room after five steps the crowd was being pushed onto the other end and OUT?? Wow! The tunnel is looks on t.v. to be a whole room, half a stadium maybe. On the website is states 61feet wide...Ok I guess.

Moving on we took pictures in more small windows that are apart of this exhibit. Must have not been a good day for the fish, seems like they were under rocks...The viewing I enjoyed was with the tour guide and seating as if you were in a theater. Large..Large view to capture the moment.We went on to visit the Otters which were very cute, penguins, and other sea creatures.By the time we found out they they had a playground and exhibits just for children the kids were like forget it! Nothing to rave about I probably could of saw them at the zoo. I wanted to see F.I.S.H!

Now 2pm its time for our 4D movie YEEEES! We had some brief comical history about fish and we proceeded in the theater One of personnel said to sit upfront so you can enjoy but watch your hair "Hint,Hint"

The cartoon movie was very informative and amusing. Love the actors! I wont tell what happened but it will Surprise you! Well done....wish it lasted more than thirty-minutes. We stayed for a few more hours and then we decided grab a bite to eat when we saw hot dogs for $3.50 and not Ballpark??? Golden Coral it is...

My overall opinion of the aquarium is not as it's cracked up to be. Changes need to be made to accommodate large crowds and the Ocean Explorer needs to be expanded. We want Fish! The other exhibits were nice as well.

My overall feeling of the Georgia Aquarium I rate a (7) and that its very over rated. Might feel like a low blow but that's my honest opinion. The other exhibits I feel is just a way to "take up space" When "I" think Aquarium I imagine I'm going into the Pacific Ocean..above ground. Not to mention the ticket prices (children's). I hope they make some minor changes eventually, but that weekend I know the revenue was in the millions for just that day I went.

Everyone will experience something different so judge for your self..
